Shipping & delivery

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivered in roughly 7–15 business days (Australia), 8–16 (US/UK/Europe) or 10–20 (rest of world). You'll receive tracking by email.

How can I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link once your order ships, and you can check our Order Tracking page any time. Allow 2–5 days after dispatch for the first scan to appear.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide, with prices shown in your local currency where supported.

Why did my order arrive in multiple parcels?
Multi-item orders sometimes ship from different warehouses and arrive separately, a few days apart, at no extra cost.

Will I pay customs or duties?
Most orders aren't affected, but any import duties or taxes set by your country are the recipient's responsibility.

What payment methods do you accept?

Returns & orders

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Email support@rovanahome.com to start.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo and choose a free replacement or full refund — we cover it 100%.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering (before dispatch). Email us as soon as possible.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
If it's past the estimated window + 7 days, contact us and we'll investigate, then reship or refund.
