Want to know where your order is? You're in the right place.

How to track

  • Check your email. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Search your inbox for "Rovana" (and check your spam / promotions folder just in case).
  • Use your tracking number. Paste it into the carrier's website to see live status.

Good to know

  • Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking to show its first movement — this is normal.
  • Tracking updates as your parcel passes scanning points; gaps of a few days during international transit are common.
  • Multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

  • Australia: 7–15 business days
  • United States: 8–16 business days
  • UK & Europe: 8–16 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days
